Our usual approach when overclocking is to aim for a maximum overclock, facilitated by pushing the voltage slider to maximum in MSI Afterburner, as well the power and temperature limits, which with this card are 108 percent and 89°C respectively.
We managed to add 175MHz to the core, which resulted in in-game boost speeds of just over 2GHz, which is pretty decent.
The Micron GDDR6 memory, meanwhile, was stable even at 14Gbps.
Here are some results from the newly overclocked card:
